About the event
Please bring yoga mat or gravity chair, blanket and pillow (whatever you need to be comfortable laying down for 90 minutes)
Might want to consider bringing a journal to take notes to help you integrate the journey afterwards.
We will provide headphones and eye masks.
STYLE: Activation starts off with a series of different down-regulation techniques to bring people into a state of calm, groundedness, relaxation, and safety before diving into the intensity of the theme.
