Please bring yoga mat, blanket and pillow (whatever you need to be comfortable laying down for 90 minutes)
Feel free to bring a gravity chair if that is more appropriate for you.
Might want to consider bringing a journal to take notes to help you integrate the journey afterwards.
We will provide headphones and eye masks.
