About the event
This event will be facilitated by Lise Cormier and Michelle Lane. There will be a Yin Yoga with Michelle included with the breathwork.
Please bring yoga mat or gravity chair, blanket and pillow (whatever you need to be comfortable laying down for 90 minutes)
Might want to consider bringing a journal to take notes to help you integrate the journey.
We will provide headphones and eye masks.
Who is it for?
"The Inception" is for anyone feeling trapped in repetitive cycles, disconnected from their true self, or weighed down by the patterns and habits they have accumulated over time. This journey is an invitation to return to one’s core essence, peeling back the layers of conditioning and subconscious programming to rediscover who they were before life’s influences took hold. It’s a path for those ready to release toxic behaviors and reconnect with their pure, authentic self.
