9D Breathwork is an immersive 9-dimensional experience, enhanced by surround sound and includes:

You don't have to specifically identify the issues or scenes related to the trapped emotions and traumas being released to obtain the benefits. In breathwork, your body works to locate and expel them on a deep cellular and subconscious level through breathing techniques activated in the body and it has many layers it can work through.

There is often a physical release with symptoms, such as tears, shaking, vocal sounds, tetany in the hands (lobster claw like stiffness) and more. There are many different techniques, which can be used to not only release stored trauma/emotion, but also immediately regulate breathing during current states of stress, helping move you to a more calm state and taking you out of fight/flight and freeze states to improve the state of your overall nervous system to more healthy balanced levels.

How Safe is it?

  • Breathwork has been deemed one of the safest therapy modalities out there. A scientific study finished in 2013 with 11,000 patients at a community mental health hospital conducted over 12 years showed ZERO ADVERSE REACTIONS. It can be uncomfortable at times, but it is not dangerous.

  • If you have respiratory or cardiovascular issues, use heavy pain medications or diagnosed with a severe mental health condition, talk to your health practitioner or breathwork facilitator first before signing up. Unsafe for pregnant women.
